My 5'2" 100 lb wife would probably have trouble. We will give it a try at some point.
Everybody is different. As a kid back in the 1950's, my mother struggled mightily with any standard transmission of that era. She had an old friend that had fallen on hard times following the death of her husband in a car accident. The friend ended up with Model A that was in nice shape and only cost her $50. I was always amazed at how smoothly her friend could handle the Model A. She drove it like it had power steering and an automatic transmission.

There has been discussion among the ladies in our club about learning to drive our cars. Given the general age of the guys, it's not without reason that one of these days while on tour, one of the guys may become unable to drive home for one reason or another, and that would force the issue.
There are several of the ladies that do drive the old cars, but most of them would like to be able to "get their man home". Having said that, no one has taken any initiative at this point.
