I need a NOS or excellent usable left front brake cylinder in original size 1 1/4 for a 1939 Ford Convertible. Part number 91A-2062, fits 1939-41 only. I know I can use the later 42-48 cylinder but then I would have to swap the right one as well.

What are the correct female dovetails for a 1939 Ford Conv Coupe? I seem to have the wrong ones B-702574-RK pictured. The top one pops out. Is the correct one for the Conv 48-702574-RK? How do they stay in place?

Brake light switch did not work due to sitting and silicon brake fluid. Swapped in a new switch, still nothing? I only took the old one off and while fluid was dripping out quickly screwed a new one. Worked before. Any suggestions?

Just need to know is it normal that the water pump pulley moves forward when you accelerate and back again when rpm ties down. Pumps are newly rebuilt, movenrnt is about 1/8 inch, funny thing is that the other pump does not move, both are rebuilt. The car is a 1939 Ford Deluxe 85hp.
