Michael -Get a small twist drill and rotating it between your fingers bore a hole through the base of your thumb nail above the darkest area . Stop when you get blood . It will allow the blood and pressure to escape from your subungal haematoma and hopefully save your nail -Karl
damn those are nice. some really nice work being done here on these pages.Hot out of the foundry (well warm maybe), 1935-36 Coupe/Roadster/Cabriolet trunk hinges. Made in USA (Oregon specifically). 304 stainless unpolished. Can be polished, painted, or left as is.
Just had these made up. 41-48 Hood latch dowels. Made here in Tennessee out of stainless. The cupped washer and spring will be done soon... stainless as well. Pictured is next to a original (excuse my black thumb recently smashed by a hammer)
This week I had a itch to have some 35/36 car and 35-39 pickup headlamp nuts made. They are exact as original awaiting plating. Odd size that’s unavailable these days.![]()

green with a white stripe? still my favorite saw.You guys are killing me here! Such beautiful parts, and I'm guessing not for huge profits, but as a way to add in part to the legacy of our great vehicles.... And as for McMinville Tennessee, I just finished a complete resto of my powermatic model 66 tablesaw which was made there in 1978. Had to do it over last weekend because during the week I can't earn a dime without it.

i have a tennsmith 48" finger brake that i think was made there too.Yes that saw would have been made here. Powermatic has since moved. Interestingly in 1978 they were owned by Houdaille industries (same company related to the shocks on our early fords). I found a Houdaille industries sign at a local yard sell and never knew the connection to powermatic until recently
