Do these have any value to someone?

As far as I can tell it is heat from the tig weld as it is right around the weld. I will take a pic tonight and post it tomorrow.

That looks like heat signature to me. Also, not that I was ever good at all with a TIG, but that looks kind of rough. It might even be a MIG weld. Anyways, that heat discoloration should polish out.

I have three 30 shells that need homes. With all of the dings and tears I am not sure they have any use to anyone though. Opinion-give away or scrap?
