I see in Mac's new catalog he is offering a E/I for flatheads 12 & 6 volt. I'm just wondering if anyone is using one and how it works. Good /bad ? Any input would be appreciated.

It could be your coil going bad on ya. I had the same problem. I went through everything and nothing helped the last thing I did was replace the old coil with a fresh rebuilt coil and bingo problem gone. It worked for me. Good luck.

No I didn't fill it to the top. my shop manual said fill it with in a 1/4 so that's what I did. I just went out and hit the peddle and its right where it should be. Thank you all for the help and kind words.:).

Well sense I filled up the reservoir with break fluid the break pedal seem fine now. Iv never had any problems before with the breaks. Oh well I guess JT is right. It just does.

Without a doubt Skip Haney coil and napa condenser and your problem will be gone. I went through the same thing with my 46. I did everything I could think of and nothing helped I was even think of selling my car until I did the above. I have had any problems with it sense.:D

Thanks for all of the comments. Ill have to run up to Napa and see if they even have a 6v flasher. The flasher that I have came in one of those blinker kits so its more than likely an el cheapo. As a matter a fact I think I got it from Macs. Thanks again.
