Ive just bored mine out to 1.00 over, fitting Egge pistons previously was at .085 with 12thou wear so cleaned up pretty easily (Previously sleeved I believe) just reassembling now I didn't ultra sonic test so fingers crossed. Hope I don't learn the hard way!

Yep have put one in my 50 F1 nice easy conversion although crossmember modification needed, adapter need for bell housing (which are available here in NZ) You may need to go to the smaller 10" clutch assy and drill the flywheel. Just watch the ratios I believe several were available in this box...

Hi all doing water pumps on 39 standard - is there a need to drill the bronze bush for oil flow or are the bushes porous enough to allow oil to penetrate. The originals I note are not drilled. The oil galleries are well and truly blocked. Cheers Scotty

Have a 50 bonus that's got that problem it has excessive end float in the second gear and has worn the thrust washer to the extent where the shoulder on the main shaft has mushroomed. I will replace or build up the main shaft to hopefully fix the issue.

That's a shocker! I've just ordered a pack of stuff from them , a hood liner and a few other bits also into Napier the initial estimate being $70 . I will use my own account with TNT or Dhl if they try that on me but if the estimate holds true that's reasonable, let's see what happens.
