Nice 1930 Fordor project on Craigslist Phoenix

Why would you say something like that when you don’t have a clue? I have owned the car since 1976 and also own 6 other Model A’s that I have restored from the frame up. At this stage of my life it’s doubtful that I will be able to complete the restoration on this car so I hoping someone else...

    Tail light original or?

I know this is not what the thread is about but just as a point of clarification, the verb PARAR means "to stop" and PARE, in this case, means STOP in Spanish. I don't know about portuguese. Larry

    Alternator...Generator

Russ Evans is the guy to go to if you want an original looking generator. He makes his alternators from an original generator body. He used an original cut out that I sent to him. The cut out doesn't have to be useable, it's just for looks. I have 3 of Russ' generator/alternators (negative...

    68C Top Question

Eysyein, The correct tips are shown in the 2011 Jan-Feb issue of the Model "A" News, page 28. These are shown on a 68C. I think they are the same for a 68B but I'm not sure as I only have 68C's. Someone else can chime in here. Larry

    Another story about LeBaron Bonney

In the mid 1990’s I ordered a top kit from LeBaron Bonney for a 1931 S/W cabriolet that I was beginning the process of restoring. Then in 2003 I ordered a 2nd top kit for second 68C I acquired. It was not until this summer that I was ready to install the first top when I found some of the...

    68C Interior

Hi Jason, The part of the bracket with the screw holes didn't have to be polished nickel since it gets covered but the plater did it anyway. I will look forward to seeing your pictures. Larry
