the end of the hand crank on my 31 coupe has a cast in lug to engage the starter slots in crank pully nut...is this correct??? OR does it supposed to have a hard pin drilled in shaft and insalled.....this is for original car..thanks for help...kev

on the repro lug wrenches available, i find the shortened end used for cranking the engine are in line with the offset handle end... my question then is- are the original cranks in line with the handle or rotated 90 degrees to it...seems i remember some talk of this years ago on the...

question-....... the head nuts on model a ford 28-31... are they the same as 35 ford flathead v8?:

old problem....opened garage, smelled gas. carb on model a is wet. float leaks a little. 3/4 full fuel tank. llots of fuel pressure. i usually remove fuel line at carb and swing up... this prevented leaks so far, but now fuel tank is fuller... want to put plug in filter outlet.....my trusty box...
