The rad hoses for the lower fit between the late 8BA engine and early chassis are Ford Bronco 1986 to 91 Carquest - Dayco # D71038. This offset cut off about 6 1/2' long will solve the problem of hose alignment on this engine /frame combo. Like it was made for Flatheaders.

If our flatheads are not winter driven they sit along time without running. This will cause some of the valves to seize in the cast-iron valve guides. Are there any bronze valve guides available for the ford flathead???
