    blown fuse problem

Berts sells a 30 amp circuit breaker that mounts on top of the starter.. I had a similar issue as you are experiencing and used the breaker while I was chasing the short.. lot easier than continuing to fry fuses. once you have solved the issue you can go back to the stock fuse setup..

    Float a motors

Carolina... good question.. since my car is immobile on jack stands, I needed to remove the front motor mount and lift the motor to replace the FAM donuts... this seemed the easiest way, if you have a running car I don't have any experience with the replacement.

    Balancing wheels and tires

I picked up a set of '34 17" wheels and took them to Discount Tire and asked them to spin them for me to see if they were out of round or useable. They did so and said when I am ready for tires the wheels are good enough that they can balance them when the tire is mounted. Didnt ask what was...

Where Have All The Purists Gone...

When I purchased my 30 roadster a few months back it had been converted to hydraulic brakes and a start to a 12 volt system. I intend to keep the body original but will keep the brakes and finish the 12 volt conversion. I for one appreciate the advise and wisdom of those posters with...
