Window Regulator removal

I have a 29 CCPU. Passenger side window is stuck halfway up. The regulator shaft just freewheels. I know I need to get the window rolled up to get remove the regulator itself, but the window will not roll up or down. My problem is how do I get the regulator out?

Remove the door panel;

Once you do this, you should be able to see three (3) slotted flat head screws, two (2) above and one (1) below the attachment for the handle.

Remove these screws and then slide the regulator to the right or left and it should fall out of the channel.

I guess you have the door trim and handle already off.

If the winder was freewheeling, it sounds busted, so the window should just push up out of the way.

Not sure if you can push the winder in enough and sideways if the glass is only half up.

I am attempting replace the front passenger window regulator and can't seem to get the regulator crank post out of the pass-through hole. The three screws have been removed from the regulator. After reading the previous blogs I was wondering if someone may have any ideas.

Push the window all the way up. (I use Gorrilla brand heavy duty duct tape to hold it up.)

Remove the three mounting screws and wiggle the regulator out of the inside door opening.
