For that metal strip with a rubber squeegee blade, you will need to remove the upholstered door panel (including window riser handle and door opening lift handle) and window garnish moldings, which in your Town Sedan are secured to the wooden door frame by small, long screws with cup washers. Then the inner window riser support panel and window come out so that you can get to that scraper piece that is mounted on the inner door skin. It will need to be drilled out or if you are lucky, just unscrewed. In my Murray Town Sedan, I had to drill new holes for the replacement scraper strips because the doors had been re-wooded by a previous owner, but predictably these window squeegee strips and almost all other inner door parts were missing (see photo). This is NOT a fun job. Are you sure it's worth the effort?
