suck transmission/drive shaft

got er-done! with the help of my victor wrench, a bfh, these two items are no longer "married". no sign of grease ever being in the housing....thanks for all the encouragement

the difference between "cant" and "can" is "want to"
 
Perhaps using a piece of pipe or wood---rock trans to one side ,put pipe between trans and axle use as fulcrum, rock trans against applying pressure to pull apart----if still stubborn perhaps remove speedo turtle and help with punch while applying pressure---
