Stretch’s 36’ 3W Coupe build

Hello.
On a 35/36’ Coupe , the bumper brackets bolt on the corner of the frame.
Then set body down on frame .
A 3/8” - 24 body mount bolt goes up through this bracket.
Approx how thick is the pad that goes between body and bracket ?

There are some photos below of the corner brackets. Between the body and the corner brackets, at the rear, on the 35, are square washers with a hole for the bumper arm bolt. The amount of these washers depends upon the distance between the brackets and the body. Usually a couple.

I just found a diagram that shows 2 1/2” pad for rear mount .

Could you post the part number & vendor for those pads ? Can't read the diagrams when I enlarge the pic.

Unfortunately today I posted here in our “Parts Wanted” section.
The metal channel that goes in Roof insert area.
Weird that is missing on our 3W coupe.

Good Morning.
So are looking way ahead, and trying to source interior parts.
Can only find one company that can provide a
36’ 3W pre sewn headliner.
“Acme Auto Headlining Co.”
Long Beach, CA
Have any of you guys dealt with them ?

Acme is a very old company and have probably been around since the 50's. Never heard any negatives on them. Right now they are probably the only game in the hobby.

I have two Bowes , is that correct ?
There are two screws for Bowes , what’s the hole above them for ?

35/36’ 3 Window Coupe headliner Bowes.
We received a new headliner.
It is made to accept 3 Bowes .
We currently have 2 Bowes.
Measured they with a cloth tape .
They are 63” & 67 1/2” long.
Would any of you FB members have Bowes to measure please ?

No help on measurement; but here is a picture of the layout.

A while back @Heard posted about making his bows out of 5/16 or 3/8 steel brake line tube with mount tabs welded on the end.
