I am hooking up signal lights to my 29 ccpu. I have the front wired. I have 6 volts going to the lights when the signal switch is deactivated. When i activate the signal switch the volts drop to 3.66. Same way on the rear. Do I have a bad flasher or signal switch. I ran a direct ground from the battery ground and the same thing happens This is a signalstat switch
 
Your "hot" wire should be going to the switch, not the fixtures. Follow the Signalstat wiring diagram and you should be OK.
 
There is only 3.66 volts going to the lamp when activated. If i uunhook the light and test the wire it shows 6 volts. With the light hooked up it shows 3.66 volts
