You might consider doing a 32, 33, 34 set of headers that has an actual 2-bolt flange on the ends - instead of the damn slip-on style ends (maybe charge more for it). I am adding this to my headers - makes a MUCH better joint and one that is easy to take apart, easy to fabricate the rear pipes for, etc.. I really do hate the slip on setups - unless they are absolutely necessary. It is a real pain to get them to seal and when you do, then a real ***** to ever get the rear pipes back off the damn things.

here's a set of two bolt flanges that you spoke of....
I'll sell them unwelded so that y'all can clock them to what works for you particular application.

That is wonderful! It will make a much better setup for the cars where there is room (most 32 - 34's for sure). I'll be pulling my headers in the next few weeks to do this modification and will get with you on the correct 'clocking' to help you out. There are many guys that would buy your headers that don't have TIG welding provisions - so having them pre-welded for standard configurations would make sense. Also, this will help you further differentiate your brand/products as a 'premium' brand, not just another 'Belond style' copy'.
