Rear Main leaking.

First I dropped the pan to check rear main for blockage in the tube going out the slinger. I did recently add a High compression Head 6.5.
I did a compression check all cylinders 1,4,3 120lbs number 2 no compression
squirt some oil in and up to 60lbs.
The rear main cap on the bottom has a grove going middle of babbitt to the slinger. Along with the normal grove that goes side to side.
I did do plastic gauge on the rear main was .0015.

I know i will pull the motor to address number 2 cylinder . Would that broken ring have anything to do with my problem of a very good oil leak?

I can imagine that a broken ring (if that is the problem) would cause the leak. Gasses going past the rings would pressurise the crank case and force oil out through the path of least resistance and that would likely be the rear main.

If you have excess blowby past a piston it will increase the pressure in the pan and push oil out the baffle style rears seal and fumes out of the oil filler pipe. Be sure the filler cap is not on too far and restricting air flow.
