radius ball bolts

Wayne,
No. You can fish a thin wire from the bottom through the bolt hole and back out the ball socket hole in the bottom of the housing. Secure the wire through the cotter pin hole in the bolt and pull-fish the bolt back into the housing and through the hole. You might be able to remove the inspection cover on the top of the housing and work the bolt down though the housing with the wire, but I've never done it that way.
Good Luck,
Jon

If your bolts are worn badly where they fit through the bell housing, it is more than likely the holes in the bell housing are also worn to an excessive amount. If this is the case, you might also consider machining up a couple of steel bushings that will slide over the bolts, but will also fit into the worn holes in the housing.
Worn bolts and housing bolt holes, can contribute to erratic steering.
