NH carb problem

I finally got the float valve changed.
Gas is no longer coming from the vent but is dripping from the carb inlet end.
Engine will only run with the spray needle closed.
Now what?

I found the measurement. 15/64. It's adjusted more than that. I wonder if it could be the spray nozzle leaking by? I can't get that out.
 
Could be the gasket on the float valve. Its either that or the float is too high or - you used a Grose Jet. They don't work reliably for whatever reason.
