New Muffler Shock

I would check with Tractor Supply with measurements and see what can be rigged. You would have to do the work yourself of course.

edhd58, not sure if you've found your solution yet, but I've had the best luck with independent exhaust shops that like old cars and hot rods. Seems like Guston is not far southwest of Louisville and their must be some independent shops that can fix you up in a couple of hours if you make an appointment. The other good thing I like about this arrangement, is I usually get to watch....as long as I stay out of the way! And I get to check the underside of my car in the process for "other" things!!

Good luck....Dick.

Thanks, to all that responded. I haven't gotten it all worked out yet.
However, Barnfind08 here has a NOS Exhaust pipe, i just sent payment for that.
Someone on EBay has a NOS muffler, I have paid for that.
Now I am waiting to get all that in and installed.
A local repair shop says they do custom exhaust work and quoted $300 for a complete system.
I know i'll be over that going the way I did but at least the first half of it will be factory.

I am amazed at how this NOS stuff is still out there 75 years later.

If it's not a show dog, I think exhaust pipes can be done by a locate with little issue. We run new rubber tires, air, gas, oil. Respect to the hardcore restorers. Much respect! NOS will fit.

Cool to see pictures when your done. Yes pictures of an exhaust is cool to see to me.
