Sometimes when I joke around my wife says, 'What's so funny?'. A couple guys were wondering what Ford was holding and what is so funny.
Well, this photo is a lighthearted way to poke fun at myself and others who like to do things "by the book". The book we go by is the Model A Judging Standards. In this photo Henry Ford is supposedly holding a copy of the 2011 JS close to his chest as if he and Edsel also had to do things "by the book".
As any comedian knows, if you have to explain your joke it loses some of its humor. Obviously my delivery lacked because it only took me something like 27 edits to get the photo visible and then it kept on disappearing.
The reason I asked my son to modify the photo was that I saw that this Fordor has colored wheels. A good caption for this photo would be, "Dang it Edsel didn't you read in the JS that we are not suppose to have anything but black wheels on these vehicles!"
Now that we know "the rest of the story" I hope that more can enjoy my attempt at humor.
Would any of you like to write a caption for the photo?
