Need to figure out what is causing the pressure in the engine. Internal crankcase pressure will blow oil past the seal. The seal consist of oil slingers that fit in slots/grooves. The centrifugal force of the rotation slinger throws the oil away from the crank and into the slots/grooves which allow the oil to drain back into the oil pan. There is not a seal to stop the oil, just the slinger/groove passage way. Air can pass through this arrangement. I had always heard them referred to as air seals because air can pass through them. If there is internal pressure inside the crankcase it will force air out caring oil with it.
