Walt sure looks good. Now you have to have your daughter "learn" you how to post a video so we can see/hear it run on your test stand. Happy Holidays.

Walt, I love those early motors! They are the best ever made in my opinion. That actually looks like a 34 engine to me, with the sump, oilpan etc, but is indeed a 35 block. I take it you bored it out to .080" over? Tell me please; where did you you get those nice looking pistons? Please advise either by answering this post so everyone knows, or by pm. Thank you, Brian

Walt,I heard it run over the phone, but the pictures really look great. The fella that thought it was a 34 engine, then determined it was a 35 must of noticed the vent tube in the right front corner.Take care will see you soon.EPW

Nice engine Walt, My daughter also keeps me going on the computer otherwise I would be lost. When my windows machine went bad she insisted that I get a Mac, I sure like it (much easier to use than windows) Keep up the good work.
Gary.

Ken, runs smooth as a kittys ear, cain't hear a tick in it. Brian, .080 over, the owner (EPM1949) found the pistons on the sell swap section of the barn. Ol'Ron, the owner found a guy near you in Dublin NH that babbitts flatheads and Model A's, did a beautifull job, real reasenable price, (Mike Worster Dublin NH cell 603- 358- 9411 home 603-563-8458 ) Walt

Definitely nice work Walt!! If epw decides he doesn't want it, I will be happy to take it off your hands :D ;)
I always thought the boring limit on the early 21 stud blocks ('32-'36) was about .062"

Real cool Walt. Keep it coming!

Yea Brian, I don't recomend more than .060 but this engine was .040 already and had a bad ridge (probably run in the dust with no air cleaner) and wouldn't clean at .060 EPW was lucky to find those .080 pistons, there pretty scarce. This engine was real clean in the water jacket so probably always had anti frezze or rust inhibiter, so I feel the are pretty good shape. Walt
