Anybody with a Mitchell overdrive using YAPP Studios Diffy vent?

I think he is asking about a vent for the rear end, not the O/D.The vent that comes with the overdrive works fine, why not use it?
I did the same but used a 45* angle fitting and screwed a Zenith float valve into it.

yes, like that but a repro. I don't know what the fitting size is but it was in my box of brass fittings.i got lucky as the threads on the float valve matched the brass fitting. I don't think it is a pipe fitting.
I tried drilling a vent through one of the bolts that hold the trumpets on. I put it at the top on the side opposite the crown wheel and the hole facing up. There must be a lot of oil being thrown about in there because it leaked a lot so I made another with a small plastic tube on it (like Mitchell uses on their O/D) and secured the open end up near the spring mount in the cross member I left plenty of slack in it to allow for the movement of the axle. Much better!
