L put body webbing on frame before splash apron does anything go on top of aprons before the body?

No, there is not any additional webbing. Just the body blocks and spacers.

Are the only 2 body blocks the ones at the very front of the cowl and spacers as needed?

The wood under the cowl is part of the wooden sub rail..no blocks
Spacers are reinforced rubber pads

Hello rer 239, be extremely careful in aligning the doors as you are fastening the body to the cowl section. Once the roof is welded to the cowl section, there is no further opportunity to adjust the door opening width for a good door fit. Ed

Here are some pictures of my 190A restoration. The rubber pads on the bottom of the wood body rails rest directly on the running board splash aprons. When mounted, there should be 0.13" to 0.25" clearance between the body and the apron.

I have a barn find that was in pieces for at least 20 years. Avatar picture is from my first assembly to see where everything "landed".

Knowing the gap needed for the splash aprons a big help. Had too many rubber spacers under the wood. Thanks!

Are the rubber pads just under the body bolts?
