Here's one that sold a couple of years ago : https://burnsandco.hibid.com/lot/135078280/1953-ford-mainline-50th-anniversary-utility.
I noticed that some of the pics are reversed and make it look to be LHD. I find the small rear window kinda odd but notice that some of the rear windows were a bit larger. I cannot help but wonder why Ford USA did not make these available.
They did, just took 3 years longer...The 1957 RancheroHere's one that sold a couple of years ago : https://burnsandco.hibid.com/lot/135078280/1953-ford-mainline-50th-anniversary-utility.

Ford of Canada built the same models as the U.S. plus a few unique to Canada models like the Meteor and Monarch. And of course Mercury trucks.I have never known why different models were made in different countries. Did all of these different locations produce the different vehicles or were some of them produced in the USA but not made available?
Did Canada get the Ranchero & El Camino utes?
Yes you can see the Ranchero right up front in this 1957 Ford pickup ad I have from the Country Guide magazine. I never saw one in real life so don't think they sold many here anyway.
