uncle called up said the clutch went out in his 35 ford. went over to his place he had the car on stands and the rear end and torque tube out plus trans was unbolted. question is does the trans remove from the rear or do you have to pull the motor? if you have to go from the front can you just loosen the motor mounts and jack the engine up or do you have to pull it? thanks in advance

Sounds like most of the work is done, best UP and out through the top or floor of the car.
I would take the front seat out, put a 4x4 or 4x6 on a jack at the rear of engine, on the oil pan, and lift just enough to take pressure off the rear of trans,
trans should slide back and up and out. Check under the hood as you lift the engine, not crush anything on the firewall, and the fan to the radiator clearance.
Is the battery disconnected ???
And there it is, the pressure plate and all you need to see........good luck .....OLD....BILL
