1936 collection (not mine)

Great collection of fine 1936 Fords. I see that he has managed to get a 1936 Coupe Ute, but is missing the Roadster Ute, both of which are unique to Australia. There is a fully restored 1936 Ford Roadster Ute for sale here in Australia at the moment.

Managed to locate some pictures of the 1936 Ford Roadster Ute for sale in Australia.

Interesting bed floor in that 36 pickup. When did Ford give up the metal pan that covered the wood ? Had a few 35's and took the headboard out of mine so I could replace the some what rotted maple with new as well as sand blast the bottom of the pan and repaint.

I went to the auction in Conroe,TX in June 2012. I was all over the woodie as I was in the process of restoring mine.

Here is the ute. It went for around $40,000, what a bargain!

Ford used the metal bed floor up to 1950. Although I think that the finished wood floor looks good, it is not correct until the 1951 models came out.

MrTexas,
So this collection was auctioned off in 2012? Doubt there will ever be another single make/model that compares.
