TerryOH Well-known member Sep 22, 2010 #2 insert key and turn about 1/4 of the way, insert a paper clip through the small hole in the handle and press down to retract the retaining pin, then pull the old lock cyl straight out using the key. try this procedure with the new cylinders first.
