Yes it does. I believe the '40 goes up and down because it has vent windows.

According to Nu Relics their wndow follows the same path, "Smoker's vent", as the original so the windows should be stock size. I am using the original manual regulators. There were no windows in the car when I bought it. I got a box full of all new windows.
