I got a whole pile of 41-48 ford trim from a 48 ford parts car i just bought. It's identical to the 47-48 hood trim but there's a pair of lines at the front about 6" long.

I have a set of 49 Plymouth bumpers I want to put on my 47 coupe and was told by a reliable source that 41 ford bumper brackets work best. Can anyone confirm the hole spacing on the front/ rear 41 brackets?

My 47 ford coupe had nothing when I got it so I'm kind of flying blind here. On the side of the radiator do I just need a carriage bolt on the radiator and run that through the sheet metal parts? Ichecked the diagrams and they don't show anything about hardware

Please satisfy my curiosity...I always thought that the 39 Deluxe had the thin teardrop headlight trim like the 37-38, but I've also seen them with the 40 Ford style headlight trim. Was a mid year change thing?
