I too and having trouble with my 39 coupe and getting the windows to go up and down with ease

p225 75 r15 or 70 ok too on rears and p205 70 r15 on front

I am also having a very difficult time getting my windows to wind up and down without forcing them a bit. Without the garnish moldings on, I can get them to close with a slight tweak/push/pull on the top of the window.....but have no chance once the garnish molding is on. I am wondering what...

Thanks Guys! I am in British Columbia Canada so NC USA is a little ways away unfortunately. I do have a spare glove box and key and lock etc that I will have a look at. And will print this out and bring to the locksmith.

is there any diagram as to how the lock will work? i am wondering if my handle is missing any type of pin or something? i have just taken my handle to a local locksmith and we are wondering how it works?

My Dada has an original 60 hp 40 coupe that he now has a 59A in it. The rear end seems pretty low. We thought 4:11...but it sounds like it is possible to be even lower? We have a spare rear from a 40 sedan that has the numbers 2A on top then 3.15-37 below. Wondering what ratio this would be?

42 for me and 65 for dad as of 2014.

my 39 has the 2. and has the single long handle. the 38 is yje propellor handle

I found some 38 sedan fenders were the same as my 39 fenders for my coupe. But I also found some 38 coupe fenders were not the same as my 39 coupe. There is a dufferent mold around the trucnk that only will fit the 38 coupe I think...and not the 39 coupe.

while i am helpin my dad align our hood on the fordor, i am going to want to start back on my 39 coupe at some point. the doors are a bit out, as they were taken off at the hinges at some point, probably an easy alignment by just lossening and ligfting. the trunk is out as well. maybe same...
