It's not bent , I would like to find schematics on steering column but haven't had any real luck. It just won't move into other positions

So mine not sure why the column shifter is stuck? I've hung on it and it will not move, disconected the linkage to the trans and still not moving. Am I going to be able to repair this?? Please help!! Thanks, Antigua
