Thank you all, let me work on it tomorrow and see if that fixes things.

My dash gauge when charging reads negative and I can't figure out to reverse this false reading problem. It's a one wire connection, so how can it be connected wrong? Could it be a polarizing problem and if so how do you correct it.

My apologies to all those who recently PM'd me and that I haven't gotten back to. I've been off Ford Barn for a while and a friend contacted me about the barn find and asked why I hadn't responded to his PM...when I went on line to read his PM, I realized a number of you had also pinged me and I...

Thanks guys...I reached out to the Browns

Well done, to say the least!

Has anyone ever attempted or know anyone who has...convert a Super Deluxe to a Super Deluxe Sportsman? I know anything is possible, but I'm trying to ascertain the level of difficulty and if there are any serious gotchas to undertake such a project?

Thanks again, used a couple of flat washers and that solved the problem. I appreciate you sharing your experience. Best

I'll try that, thanks

I appreciate all the suggestions and help, I think I will contact Jake Fleming in Dallas, thanks copperpenny.

I have a 1948 Super Deluxe Convertible and with an original, but now non-working radio (unless you like to listen to static). Is there someone who repairs them or is there a period looking radio replacement option that anyone knows about? Thanks

I've tried to remove the bold type and can't, don't even know why it's coming up in bold type, it wasn't posted that way?

I moved my 1930 Phaeton from Connecticut to Texas with Passport Transit and was very pleased with the entire experience. I’ve moved other vehicles before, so I had a good point of reference and Passport did an exceptional job of being on time (actually beat pickup and delivery date), keeping...

I just went out and measured the space behind the wheel on my 1930 Standard Phaeton and it's 7 inches from the bottom of steering wheel to the seat (uncompressed with no siting behind the wheel). The distance straight back from the steering wheel the back seat cushion is 12 inches. The diagram...

I recently replaced my fan when a crack was discovered, no damage, just a preventative change out.

I echo Mitch's sentiment completely! george
