This is one of the parts that about any one with model T's have at least 3 or 4. If the axel is in perfect condition, with good threads and good spring perches with good threads and bushings, it might be worth $50.oo. If not it might be worth $5.oo. Shipping might cost more than the value of...

    1924 Tudor rear body bracket

If they are the same as my 25 tudor, they are just a flat steel strap about one quarter inch thick by two inch wide and about 8 inch long. These are fastened to the bottom of the wood sills and go at a angle across the frame ear to the rear cross wood sill under the rear of the body. the other...

26 Roadster on an earlier frame?

I think you will find it difficult. the 26 rear cross member is wider, the body mounts are located different. The frame for the 26 has special mounts for hood sills and the front cross member is different for the fender mounts.

    T time - 23 coupe

First I would recommend finding some one in your area that knows Model T's to guide you. Model T's do vibrate and rattle to some extent but you should have it checked. In hilly areas you must keep the gas tank full. You may use low gear to help stopping but good adjusted brakes do a decent job...

    26 Model T (High Gear/clutch forks)

Forget replacing clutch forks. In working on dozens of T engines I have never seen any wear. Possibly need adjusting. Is the engine running smooth? If the clutch was slipping , the engine would rev up but the car speed would not. Make sure the rear wheel brakes are not dragging. I would bet on a...

    Oil leak

First check the bendix cover on the rear of the hogshead. then check the starter bolts. if they are ok it likely is the seal between the hogshead and the engine. Never try to remove starter without first removing the bendix.

    Red Glass Lense

Is this the round style or square? It may say14 but that is just a patent date. It sounds like you may have a 15 cowl light. Easy to find and change the complete door but may not find one with the brass trim. These 15 lights have more value than the later all steel lights. You would have no...
