I need to replace the short shaft on the AA. What is the procedure on removing the AA rearend? Any tips?

Thought I would try to post a few of the pictures from the OCMAFC breakfast this past Sunday. We had a little California rain and a small run-off in the flood control channel. It made for some interesting pictures. If they show up here, enjoy.
