1939 Ford has a steering wheel lock with the ignition switch. The electrical part failed or is failing and I don't see a replacement part listed. Question: Is there a way to wire it to work with a toggle switch? How to do it? Any help is appreciated!

A friend recently bought a 1939 Standard sedan. We can't tell how to access the windshield wiper motors. Any suggestions? Do we have to take the headliner out? It's a lot different than the 1934's that I'm use to.

I've always carry spare V8 parts on tours, including the ignition condensers. i think I have 4 old ones but have no idea if they are any good. Is there an easy way test them to eliminate the bad ones?
