Can I wire the HORN per the Model A wiring diagram and not use the Tail and Headlight portion of the Lighting Switch..??

I have converted to a 12V system. In doing so I have eliminated the Light Switch Connector Block and the wire harness. I would like to know if anyone has wired the horn in a manner where the Horn Button was still functional.. How was it done?

I am trying to align the hood on a 1931 4dr Slant Window. My question is when I attempt to put rubber shims under cowl do I REMOVE ALL BODY BOLTS AND RAISE BODY? What is best way to raise body to install shims? Any help would be appreciated.. Rog

I have just completed installing rebuilt motor with Mitchell ****** in 31 sedan.... I get lots of revs without load.. when driving I can only get 25mph. need suggestions as to where to start looking.. Rog
