Don,t think so, After x speed the air coming threw the radiator would be greater than the fan would move , My understanding is around 30mph onwards air speed takes over,stand to be corrected, maybe at 50mph no need for a fan ,we ran at Bonneville with no fan ,just a electric water pump,
