Seems that everyone is out of stock with no date they may be back , on rear window frame for open vehicles like a roadster, Does anyone know of 1 forsale , we would like a very nice one to complete a restoration ,Some one must have 1 stashed away hopefully, Thanks, No scammers please, There will be questions ??? Coming up soon report on carbon fibre fans ,
 
I don't know if you have found a rear open car window frame. If not, I have an original rear window frame. However, there are 4 #5 screws that are broken off in the frame. The screws are quite small and could be tough to remove. One way would be to use a Dremel tool and grind the screw and retainer out of the frame and JB Weld in #5 square nuts. Another way would be to glue the heads of #5 screws into the broken screw holes. If you can't find a window frame locally, I can send you pictures of the frame, if you want to see what I have.

The number 5-40 screws are available but they are an odd size. Finding the backlight frame won't be easy whether original or reproduction. It took me several years to find an original frame for my 29 Sport Coupe. I don't think there were ever reproductions due to it's odd size compared to the roadster or phaeton types.
 
I have a very nice original frame for a sport coup. It is slightly larger than a roadster I can send dimensions if you wish. It will need re chroming to be judgable.
