    '29 pickup doors

Hey guys, question for ya! A buddy of mine is looking for doors for a '29 model A pickup. I suggested that he broaden his search to '29-31, as I thought that they were interchangeable. Did I speak out of turn? Are they the same or are the different model years different? Thanks in advance, Ken!

    Ford emblem blue

I was looking through my Ford "wish books" tonight and noticed that C&G had Ford Emblem Blue paint. Has anyone used this before? Is this the same blue paint used for the hood emblems, hubcaps and grille emblem on a '34 pickup? On a side note, has anyone ever found a close match with other...

    Speedo needle bounces!

What would make the speedometer bounce once a vehicle gets to around 30+ mph? More specifically, an original '34 truck speedo fed from an original 3 speed transmission. The needle goes from 20 to 40 on the gauge at a constant rate of speed.

    '34 hubcaps!

I recently found a set of '34 hubcaps in a box in the basement of my mom's house, which had been restored, and obviously dad (may he rest in piece) was going to put them on his truck. A couple of questions for you early Ford gurus! Are the hubcaps the same for passenger cars and pickup...

    Newbie here!

Howdy from Tomball, Texas, a sleepy little burb of Houston! Been lurking here for a while and thought I'd better introduce myself so that I could start asking some questions. I'm a lifelong lover of old trucks, having been around 2 of the best gearheads ever, my dad and grandfather! Both are now...
