    Freeing stuck guides.

    Has any one got any tricks for pulling guides?example-heat miricle spray etc.This is on a running moter I want change the cam in...I broke the bottom off one:mad: and want to save the rest without damage. Thanks Dave If anyone has a method for rusty seized ones I would be curious as well.

    junkpile save flathead SS mushroom valves

    Stainless steel Ford script Valves????In our junk pile salvage we found one engine with ford script SS valves.First I've seen....Is this a reman thing or common for trucks?The block has a 5 on bell. Thanks Dave

    Pulled 9 flatheads out of scrap pile today!1 has a merc crank,2 sets of can alum heads.only 1 block with a crack that we can see....
