does the top edge of inside door panel fit under window garnish, if so how much?

I have recently installed a rebuilt flathead in my 48 coupe where is the front lower heater hose support bracket mounted on cylinder head, which head bolt can I use?

I need to remount the heater hose support on my rebuilt flathead, it is attached to the engine head bolt(mine are nuts), can I just remove that nut without re- torqueing all the other head nuts?

On my 48 coupe some screws that hold dash panel around the speedometer are loose, I need to tighten them, but access to them is impossible. The only option I see is to remove the dash, is there procedure to follow, I haven't had any luck on the internet so far, maybe some member has done this...
