seat pivot cover

Anybody with a 46 to 48 ford (or mercury) coupe, between the front seat back cushions I am missing the material to cover the seat frame at the pivot point. I am guessing that it was use to minimize frame exposer, its not a big piece, but there are hoses in the frame for attachment, a template or sketch with dims would help to make this piece, any help will be appreciated.

leazer48, I left an answer for you on the V-8 Club website along with a couple of other people who posted.

rich b', thanks for the photo, I guess my post wasn't clear of what I needed, I have all the pieces you showed in your photo, the piece I am looking for is a strap shape that is made from vinyl material, it is screwed in place with two screws, one in the front and one on the back, the screw holes are on the seat frame at the pivot location, I hope this will clarify what I am looking for.

Leazer. I answered your post on the EFV8 site, and attached a sketch as shown.

Your profile doesn't say it, but based on your how you did that sketch, I see someone who has experience drawing or reading architectural plans.

Jay. You are right, I have had training and experience at doing drawings and sketches over the years. Most of my career was working in mine maintenance, starting in the trades, then progressing into management positions. I often had to do sketches in the field, to give to the Engineers to do the final design and drawings. Not being and Engineer myself, I had to adopt the TLAR system, which translates to, That Looks About Right. I had a sign on my office wall that read; Old age and treachery, will overcome youth and education every time. When the young Engineers would ask, "How did you figure this out?", I'd point to the sign. :)
