I have a 144 6 cyl, Ford Falcon 1960 Ranchero. It has new gas tank, pickup tube, etc., new fuel pump but cannot get pump to pump fuel. All new line going to the carburetor. The pump gets sufficient gas flow from the tank. What the heck is going on? Do you have any suggestions or ideas...

I am in the process of putting together a '29 Model A Jalopy. I will need to run a remote tank and electric fuel pump. Don't know what psi I will need. Can anyone advise? Thanks! Jim

Has anyone put a '23 T body (Speedway) on a '28-'29 Model A chassis? If so, how did it work?

This is the one I have and it works fine on the other valves, but #2 has that casting ridge right where I need to fit in the jaws.

Did I forget to say that I'm doing this with the engine in place?

I used this tool to remove them. But I had trouble trying to install with this tool and have only one hand to use to put the keepers in place.

I'm installing modern valve keepers on my Model A engine. I'm using the Sunnen spring compressor tool. But the engine casting next to #2 doesn't allow the tool to fit under the spring. What's the trick for getting #2 installed? Thanks for all advice and tips. JimKrejci

Thanks....should have run a search first. I'll read everything I find, but what I have is very fine rust, makes the gas cloudy. Appreciate all the advice on this forum!

I have another issue with the 1929 pickup I just got....is there a good method for cleaning the gas tank without having to remove it?

I have a 29 CCPU. Passenger side window is stuck halfway up. The regulator shaft just freewheels. I know I need to get the window rolled up to get remove the regulator itself, but the window will not roll up or down. My problem is how do I get the regulator out?

FordBarn member Forever4 pointed me in the right direction about the Gleaner engine. This article http://www.fordgarage.com/pages/gleanerbaldwin.htm on FordGarage.com discusses how these engines were used and the photo of the stamped engine number beginning with a G is identical (except...
