I have re- used head gaskets multiple times ---simply clean everything thoroughly and put it back together..4 out of 5 times no problem. Occasionally it may seep but I would add a little sealer. Been working on A's over65 years

I used to have a mail truck----incredibly heavy vehicles. I added some leaves (don't recall how many as this was about 50 years back). It did take care of the sagging and it did really handle pretty well.

are you sure its the plug leaking and not the large rear end gaskets on the differential housing
