My first contact with Elmer was in Sept 1973 when he answered an advert i placed in the "V8 Times" for parts.
This led on to the exchange of many parts between our two countries.
He was responsible for locating my 34 Cabriolet in Ca in 1984 that i then imported back to NZ and fully restored.

I do not know why this should have ended up in NZ as we definitely never got any of the early 33's in NZ.
Also I had a relatively early 3 window 33 here and that had a similar crank bearing but the ears were not drilled for the fender brackets.
I have had for over 50 years (and realize I will now never use them) what was supposed to be a NOS 1933 fuel pump push rod and a NOS early starting crank bearing 40-5461-R with the ears for the early style fender brackets.

The number 483 is already on the list above but here is photographic proof.
The chassis (gearbox number) is C18R 271 and is original to the car...
I have found probably a dozen of these here in New Zealand and they are identical to the 'FORD' script ones.
I have an original pair of 'FORD' ones that i brought at a swap meet in Watsonville Ca. in 1984 that i have installed on my 34 cabriolet and wired them as directional indicators.
I prefer...
