YES! Kinda, maybe.
The 1932 coupes and sedans and cabriolet, and 1933-34 coupes and sedans and cabriolet all share the same basic outside handle design.
While the Ford parts book (1937) shows the 1933-34 front door handle fitting the 1932 3 window this is with a superseded part number so there could be differences. The square shaft length varies for other applications, and the location of the anti-theft reliefs on the shaft also varies.
The bezel that is attached to the door has two main designs, one for mounting on a curved reveal (1932 5 window and sedans) and one for mounting to a flat surface (1932 3 Window and cabriolet, 1933-34 coupes, sedans, and cabriolet).
The outer skin of the handles were either stainless or chrome plated brass or even a mix. The bezels also were either stainless or chromed brass, and could be in any mix with the handle. According to a true expert I discussed this with the observation was that the stainless was most common in 1932's and the chromed brass most common in 1934's but any combination could be found on any year.
Note also the question was "33/34 exterior handles". Roadsters, phaetons, and station wagons used different handles.
