I'm starting to put my '36 PU back together and need help from a truck expert. The bottom of my hood sides come to the top of my inner fenders but do not over lap. Is this correct or should there be an over lap?

Well, I'm still working on my '36 pu and what I usually call it is "Blankity-blank-blank". You can use you imagination to fill in the blanks.

Thanks Lawson, I knew you'd be the one to set me straight on the welting. Yup, it's titled as a '36 but has a lot '35 parts, a hybred indeed.

Gentlemen, On the '36 Pickup does welting go where the fenders meet the running boards or only where the fenders join the the various body parts? Thanks

I was looking at Wheel Vintiques until I found out Coker bought them, went with Wheelsmith instead, no problems.

I've been considering having mine chromed, didn't know it was an option. Sure would like to see a photo of one. Thanks
