I need dimensions for the distance apart at the firewall for the two brackets that support the rods that go forward to the radiator and also the distance down from the sheet metal edge just above them. Scaling from photos, it looks like about 10 and 1/2 inches apart, but its difficult to scale...

While shopping for a rear fender bracket, I've noticed that there are at least 2 offered, a formed sheet metal, and a forging. I'm really just interested in a good fit and quality, although, it would be nice to have an original style. Anybody know which is best?? Thanks for any replies. Jack...

Looks like I'm doing posting improperly on the web site, but I'll try again. I need the dimension from the top of the model A (1928) frame down to the top (of 3) running board bracket mounting fastener holes (rivet in most cases). This is a new frame under construction. Thanx EZJACK
